About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail showroom. The role involves managing sales performance, staff, stock, and overall store operations while supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee day-to-day retail operations, including product range planning, stock levels, and inventory management
* Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing policies, and promotional activities based on customer demand
* Coordinate in-store merchandising, promotions, and online advertising to increase sales and brand visibility
* Provide customer service and expert product guidance on trailers, camper units, towing safety, and product suitability
* Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and financial transactions, including inventory and performance reporting
* Prepare and manage store budgets, monitor expenses, and support efficient purchasing and operations
* Recruit, train, supervise, and roster staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment
Skills and Experience Required:
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a retail management role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to manage retail operations and achieve sales targets
* Experience in inventory management and store operations
* Relevant qualification in business or retail management (preferred)
