Key Responsibilities
* Prepare food, including salads, sandwiches, and texture‐modified meals.
* Serve meals and snacks with a high standard of customer service.
* Re‐stock supplies, including after meal periods.
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing.
* Set tables, plate meals, and support the Chef with general kitchen duties.
Desired Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service.
* Contract catering experience (desirable).
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Flexible and adaptable in a fast‐paced setting.
Important Requirement: All applicants must have a current year flu vaccination.
