So what's the gig?
Kolmeo is on the hunt for a Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing activities across digital and offline channels. This role reports into the Senior Marketing Manager and will be central to driving the full breadth of Kolmeo marketing activity.
Our ideal candidate
You've cut your teeth in a graduate marketing role already, and are ready for the next step. You know the fundamentals: emails, social, campaigns, events... the lot. You know HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms like the back of your hand, and have some bold ideas about how to best run campaigns, organise events, and whip up a public image that gets noticed.
You're organised, curious, and aren't comfortable unless you're busy making a difference. Oh, and you won't be satisfied unless you see your work out in the wild, not buried in a folder called Final_v7_REALFINAL.
What you'll do:
* Execute integrated online and offline marketing campagins
* Support email marketing campaigns, as well as ongoing nurturing of streams and standalone promotions
* Coordinate social media content scheduling and community engagement across platforms
* Support website content updates and collaborate on SEO/SEM activities
* Support the development and execution of digital advertising campaigns
* Plan and manage event logistics for industry conferences, webinars, customer events, among others
* Support content creation for online and offline, as well as PR activities and coordinating media opportunities
* Coordinate development and production of promotional and marketing materials
* Assist with marketing operations in HubSpot
* Maintaining marketing asset library and ensure brand consistency across materials
* Track and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign analytics
You'll succeed if you:
* Are proficient in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
* Have experience with email marketing and campaign execution
* Have experience developing and managing SEM/PPC, etc. digital campaigns
* Are highly organised and detail-obsessed (the kind of person who actually reads the fine print)
* Have excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and everything in between
* Are self-aware and adaptable – comfortable working with a variety of personality types
* Are quick to learn new systems, adaptable to change, and calm under pressure
* Are a team player, with an eager and proactive attitude.
