Description Company Overview:South East Queensland Hauliers is a full service wharf logistics provider based in Hemmant, 5 minutes from the Port of Brisbane.
Founded in the 1960's,?SEQH have?grown to become one of the largest import/export wharf carriers whilst still remaining a family owned and operated business.
SEQH reside on company owned sites in both Hemmant and Toowoomba.
Both of which are undergoing 2025 planned infrastructure developments that have been initiated by genuine growth.
It's an exciting time to join!Key Responsibilities: Assist with tyre fitting, balancing, rotations, and wheel alignments.
Maintain workshop cleanliness, assist with general duties, and document parts used and recommended repairs.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Coordinator, complete accurate work orders and paperwork, and support a positive, team-focused work environment.
Ensure compliance with NHVAS standards.
Travel to the Toowoomba depot as needed and fulfill any other assigned duties.
Key Requirements: Valid driver's licence.
Ability to work independently or in a team.
Heavy vehicle tyre experience preferred.
Physically fit for manual tyre work.
Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, with a strong safety focus and the ability to follow instructions.
Possession of a current driver's license.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to the SEQH Toowoomba depot.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated individual.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
Capacity to follow instructions accurately.
Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and tyre changing duties.
Experience in detailed tyre changing for heavy vehicles preferred.
Availability to start early as needed.
