Autonomous Technician Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Autonomous Technician to join our team. This role involves working with cutting-edge autonomous mining equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained and functioning effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain Autonomous Operating Systems
* Perform service and repairs on base machines
* Respond to autonomous and network equipment breakdowns
* Monitor, position, and maintain communication trailers
* Access technical information via manuals, bulletins, OEM, and computer systems
* Work safely and in compliance with the Site Safety Health and Management System
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A trade qualification in Heavy Mobile Plant, Electrical, Auto Electrical, or as a Communication Technician
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in mining maintenance
* A collaborative approach and ability to work independently
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
* A strong safety-first mindset and proven track record of compliance
