We’re currently looking for a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst to join a critical short-term piece of work, assisting with a backlog of tickets and providing day-to-day support across the business. This is a hands-on opportunity in a fast-paced environment, suited to someone with prior Level 1 support experience who is confident across Windows environments and mobile application support. The Role Provide Level 1 service desk support across the organisation Work through a backlog of tickets in an efficient and timely manner Troubleshoot desktop, hardware and general IT issues Support users across a Windows-based environment Assist with phone application and mobile device support Escalate more complex technical issues where required Maintain strong communication with internal users and stakeholders Contribute to a busy support function during a high-volume period About You Previous experience in a Level 1 Service Desk or IT Support role Strong ability to manage and resolve tickets efficiently Confident troubleshooting across desktop and end-user environments Experience supporting phone applications and mobile devices is essential Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication skills and a professional approach with end users Able to start immediately and commit through to the end of June Reliable and happy to work full-time onsite Key Details Short-term contract through to 30th June Burnley location Full-time onsite, 5 days per week Immediate start required Competitive rate Phone application and mobile device support experience essential If you’re available immediately and looking for a short-term contract in a busy support environment, this could be a great opportunity to step in quickly and make an impact.
