About You
* 4+ years' experience in social media, PR, or content roles (beauty, fashion, or retail preferred).
* Proven track record growing brands on TikTok and short‑form content platforms, fluent in trends.
* Strong creative judgment with a refined visual aesthetic.
* Global mindset - experienced in creating content for international markets or retailers.
* Confident presenter and authentic brand representative; ability to mentor a small team.
* Commercially minded, highly organized, and able to manage multiple brands and stakeholders.
About the Role
* Lead global organic social strategy and PR across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
* Own content planning and production – from campaign shoots to influencer collaborations and evergreen posts.
* Shape the brand's narrative across domestic and international markets, supporting retail launches and community growth.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, NPD, Education, Creative, and International teams to align content with commercial goals.
* Report on performance, translate insights into growth initiatives, and maintain a modern, elevated brand presence.
* Represent the brand at events locally and internationally.
