As a Financial Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function across multiple projects and entities. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting month-end processes in a project-driven environment. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end month-end close process, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting Preparation of financial statements and management reports Project accounting and cost tracking across construction developments Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Supporting audit processes and external reporting requirements Partnering with operational and project teams to support financial decision-making About You: CPA/CA qualified or near completion Fluent in Mandarin and English (essential) Strong understanding of month-end processes and financial reporting Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-finance stakeholders Apply today!
