About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support a male participant located in Warwick, QLD 4370.
The participant sustained a spinal cord injury from a motor vehicle accident.
The participant requires support Monday through to Sunday, in the morning (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM) and evening (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and is available for a start in the second week of October.
Key Responsibilities
Personal care and hygiene support
Medication management
Manual handling, including transfers and hoist use
Community access and participation in health and rehabilitation activities
Pay Rates
Day shift: $42.50/hour
Saturday shift: $59.50/hour
Sunday shift: $76.50/hour

Requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Australian Driver Licence
Current Police Check
First Aid & CPR certification
Current Blue Card
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Completion of Effective Communication Module (NDIS)
Third-party compulsory car insurance
Two professional references
