Epichealth Medical Clinic is looking for a couple of Part-time Medical Receptionist to join our team in Ocean Grove / Portarlington.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the support they need from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities:
* Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
* Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
* Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
* Verify and update patient information accurately in the electronic medical records system.
* Collect patient payments, processing transactions accurately and securely.
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the clinic.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working within a busy medical practice environment preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic medical records systems.
* Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
* Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.
* Willingness to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, and some weekends on a rotating roster, as needed. The shifts available for the successful candidate will be Wed to Thu (6pm to 9pm), Sat to Sun (3pm to 9pm).
* Occasionally covering other staff on leave.
