Support Young People in Residential Care
Our residential care service supports young people aged 12–17 in a safe and nurturing environment. We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Residential Youth Workers, providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide individualized support and guidance to young people in a residential care setting.
* To develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
* To work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed, therapeutic care.
As a Residential Youth Worker, you will play a critical role in helping young people overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with experienced colleagues to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
What You'll Need:
