Key Account Manager Position
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Key Account Manager. This critical position requires a proven track record in sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic partnerships with high-potential retail partners, driving growth and expansion through range optimization and targeted promotions.
* Utilize expertise to execute the "Perfect Store" model, enhancing visual merchandising, planograms, and point-of-sale displays.
* Foster strong relationships with pharmacy teams, ensuring seamless execution and leveraging competitor insights for informed decision-making.
* Monitor store-level performance using CRM tools, providing actionable insights to drive business success.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably within the retail, pharmacy, or FMCG sectors.
* A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the market dynamics.
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach to developing mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Proficiency in CRM software, with Salesforce experience being a significant advantage.
* Ability to travel across your designated territory.
