This diverse generalist role is responsible for maintaining the People & Culture function though sustaining Human Resources policies, programs and practices and partnering with the management team, providing Human Resources advice and operational support across the business.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture and working collaboratively with a People & Culture Coordinator and People & Culture Assistant, key tasks and requirements include:
- Proactively engaging with managers and people and openly communicating in all areas of employment related policies and processes, providing direction and support as required
- Partnering with the management team to effectively support the resolution of disputes, performance and other HR matters in line with policy and legislative requirements
- Collaboratively design and deliver on HR initiatives including workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, remuneration and benefits, health and safety, employee engagement, succession planning and information management
- Manage and facilitiate the annual internal leadership development programs
- Facilitate ad-hoc reporting such as award reviews, gender pay gap analysis
- Analyse data and feedback to identify workforce trends and opportunities to support managers with solutions to optimise their people's productivity, performance and experience
- Support the annual remuneration review process
- Participate in the development, implementation and review of HR policies and procedures ensuring clear alignment with business needs and legislative compliance
- Ensuring WH&S policies and procedures reflect current legislative requirements
- Implement tools for performance appraisal, job evaluation and development
- Performing final checks on monthly payroll
- Other duties and projects as directed by the Head of People & Culture
To be considered for this fantastic role you will have a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in a HR capacity within the corporate sector where you have worked as an Advisor or Partner to Managers. You will be comfortable and confident facilitating training, coaching Managers and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
***You will have excellent communication skills and strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the business and with external stakeholders along with strong drive, resilience and the ability to work under pressure managing multiple disparate tasks and projects through to completion to tight deadlines.

Salary guide for this role is up to $120,000 + Super + $9,000 Bonus.
