Our South Yarra flagship boutique offers an intimate, elegant space—and we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our salesfloor and represent the heart of our brand.
About the Role
From Tuesday to Saturday you'll be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing a small team, and upholding the LULU ZAGAME standard of excellent customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated leader who thrives in a luxury, client-focused retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the boutique's day-to-day operations independently with care, efficiency, and attention to detail
* Provide exceptional, one-on-one client styling and service experiences. Proactively build and maintain a loyal client base, including outreach and follow-up
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong product knowledge and relationship-building
* Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising and presentation to luxury standards
* Manage staff scheduling, performance, and development
* Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and store administration
* Foster a warm, inspiring, and professional environment for clients and team members
* Represent the LULU ZAGAME values of elegance, individuality, and integrity in every interaction
About You
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader, minimum 3 years experience in luxury retail, fashion, or boutique environments
* A natural storyteller and stylist with a genuine love for luxury fashion
* Strong self-motivation and ability to work autonomously without supervision
* Sales-driven with a natural ability to connect and build loyal relationships
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and confident in making decisions
* Available to work Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility for peak trading periods
* Impeccable personal presentation, polished an professional
