We are seeking a candidate who will help us oversee the day to day operations of our restaurant, understanding the importance of our core concepts of value, provenance and service.

Joining a supportive team, the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager is to assist with the smooth running of our venue and to ensure the delivery of quality service to each and every guest.

About you
Are you an experienced hospitality leader with a positive, can do attitude? This is a highly visible, engaging role and we are seeking a candidate who is passionate about providing an exceptional guest dining experience.
* 2 years experience in a high volume, quality restaurant
* positive engagement with your team, the kitchen and our guests
* the ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally
* the ability to share your knowledge, motivate and inspire your team
* you will have excellent communication and leadership skills
