**How will I help?**
This role sits within the Resiliency and Automation area of the Service Operations, Strategy and Transformation team, in the Infrastructure and Service Management division. It is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new capability that will span across the Infrastructure and Operations team and drive an uplift in automation skills across all Technology teams.
This role will primarily work with the Service Desk and will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities within the team and driving, measuring, and executing against internal automation opportunities. It is critical that this role also spends time on the Service desk to build a deep understanding of the current processes and challenges.
**Key Accountabilities include**:
- Proactively identify automation opportunities (initially to reduce toil) within the Service Desk. 
- Utilising tools and data available deliver automated solutions. 
- Provide technical support and training on power Automate. 
- Resetting passwords. 
- Helping customers submit orders for new apps or equipment. 
- Assist in identifying automation opportunities within our partners. 
- Share and educate partners on automation best practices and internal best practices.
