to deliver

solutions. You will be acting on
significant/complex disputes, including class actions, public and private investigations (eg ASIC, ASX, ACCC, Royal Commission) + international disputes relating to trade practices, commercial contracts, corporate takeovers, employment law, IP, tax, insolvency/restructuring, insurance, construction/property and energy/resources. 3-10+ years PAE experience
in commercial litigation with a 1st/2nd-tier firm or specialist boutique firm; have strong
advocacy/negotiation
skills + a strong
commercial acumen
