They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team and play a key role in a major ERP transformation, partnering with senior stakeholders to improve business processes, optimise systems, and drive meaningful change. About the role: Reporting directly to the ERP Business Manager, this role will focus on analysing and improving end-to-end Finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R), supporting ERP implementation activities, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver successful system outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Map and analyse current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business processes Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation Support master data management and data migration Develop functional requirements and change controls Assist with system testing and test plan development Maintain task status and documentation using Jira and Confluence Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights Support system integrations and API-related activities About You: You are a motivated and analytical professional who enjoys solving complex problems and working in a fast-paced transformation environment. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels and can confidently translate business requirements into practical system solutions. Skills & Capabilities: Strong business acumen with the ability to align requirements to strategic objectives Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture Experience & Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, Commerce, or Computer Science Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst or transformation specialist Experience supporting a full-cycle ERP implementation or system transformation Experience working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies (Jira preferred) Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with relational databases Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is highly regarded If you are an experienced Business Analyst with ERP implementation experience and are looking to contribute to a significant transformation project, we would love to hear from you.
