At Movember we're on a mission to change the face of men's health by making it easier for men to talk, act and live longer healthier lives.
Your Mo-Mission
As our Learning Specialist, you'll be a hands‐on contributor to the Health Systems global learning ecosystem helping ensure our learning experiences are high‐quality, accessible, on‐brand and genuinely useful for everyone who relies on them, both inside and outside the organisation.
Working closely with the Learning Manager and Content Developers, you'll span the full learning lifecycle: administering our LMS (Skilljar), supporting learners through a dedicated inbox, shaping e‐learning content in Articulate Rise, owning reporting processes, and driving continuous improvement across how learning is designed, delivered and measured.
On the content side, you'll support course storyboarding and learning design, map outcomes to CPD requirements, assist with copywriting and editing, and contribute to digital asset creation. On the operations side, you'll own quality assurance processes, maintain accurate and meaningful learning data, and support analysis that drives real insights and decision‐making.
You'll bring an eye for detail and genuine comfort with learning technology staying curious about emerging tools, modern pedagogy and the role AI is beginning to play in the space.
