About the Role
In this role you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter, completing rental bookings, and responding to general customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
* Establish customer car rental needs through active listening.
* Review ABG's various add‐ons and services to determine the best fit for the customer.
* Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.
* Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
* Answer customer questions and inquiries.
Qualifications
* A full and valid Australian driver's licence.
* Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays).
* Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
* Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
