The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an emerging sales professional to step into their first BDM role. As a Business Development Executive, you'll combine your skills in pipeline generation with your first real opportunity to own the sales cycle and close deals. More specifically, you will

Build Pipeline

* Prospect new firms via phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
* Convert inbound leads and trials into qualified opportunities.
* Represent Cloudoffis at industry forums and events as a trusted first contact.

Run the Sales Cycle

* Engage with decision makers to understand challenges and map them to our solutions.
* Work with our Solution Consultants to deliver tailored demos across Tax Sorted, SMSF Sorted, and Auditomation.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close new business with the support of senior sales leaders.

Expand Relationships

* Collaborate with Account Managers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
* Work closely with Marketing to execute campaigns that open doors.
* Share client insights to help shape product development and go-to-market plays.

What You'll Bring

* 1-3 years' experience in sales development, inside sales, or accounting-tech roles.
* Confidence in initiating conversations with partners and directors.
* Energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn how to run and close full sales cycles.
* A disciplined approach to outreach, pipeline management, and reporting.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
