Role: Administration Assistant - 12 month maternity leave positionLocation: Innisfail, Cassowary Coast Region QLD 4860, Warribarra, Dugulbarra, Mandubarra, Dyirribarra, and Bagirbarra P eoples of the Mamu LandEmployment Type: Part Time - 24 hours per week - July 2025 startSalary: $34.73 + Superannuation + BenefitsResponsibilities:Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre’s attendance pipelineDeliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional mannerPerform key business administration tasksBuild and maintain strong relationships with familiesAbout Goodstart Innisfail:This small, 57-place centre creates a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive environment for children in Toddlers (15 months to 2.5 years), Pre-Kindy (2.5 to 4 years), and Kindergarten (3.5 to 5 years). The centre boasts diverse staff from Australia, India, the Philippines, and the Torres Strait Islands, emphasizing strong bonds between home and centre, supporting holistic child development through tailored care and culturally rich interactions. Activities are designed to meet the needs of each age group, promoting physical, cognitive, and social-emotional growth.
