**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and prospect potential clients to build a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, target markets and new clients.
- Qualify leads to understand client challenges and align our solutions with their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the business development and executive team to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to identify new business opportunities.
**Experience & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success as a business development representative, consistently exceeding new business sales targets and pipeline generation targets.
- Extensive experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the learning and development industry or a related field.
- Strong expertise in prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships from scratch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by targets and results.
