Who are we looking for?

For our full-time intake, we are looking for individuals who are looking to gain industry exposure and develop a professional skill set to jump start their careers.
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries and providing solutions to customers across various industries. Services we manage include companies listed in the ASX 200 in Retail, Mining, Business & Finance and Health Care, as well as Local and Federal Government departments.
Important details about the role:
* Candidates must be available to work Monday – Sunday, 37.5 hours per week
* The hours may vary between 6:00am – 11:00pm; rosters are subject to change, updates generally occur on a fortnightly basis
* The roster is determined based on agent’s level of training and what services they will take
* OracleCMS has a block out period during January & December – we ask that applicants do not have any leave planned during this time as it is a busy period
* Agents will commence working 5-hour shifts, 5 days per week until they are trained on their next service before they commence the full-time hours stated above
* The role is performed in-office only
* Individuals must have basic computer literacy skills and a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
* We are located at 130 Hay Street, Subiaco WA 6008 and 1/456 Spencer Street, West Melbourne 3003
* The hourly rate is $25.85 and after 6-months the rate will increase to $26.70 as per the Contract Call Centres Award [MA000023]
* Applicants will be subject to a National Police Clearance
