Job Description
We are seeking a soon‐to‐be graduating Speech Pathologist to join our 12‐month Graduate Program at Ability Action Australia. The role supports NDIS participants across community, school and clinic settings, offering clinical, advocacy and developmental services.
Responsibilities
* Support participants in the community, school and clinic settings.
* Complete assessments, write reports and deliver therapy sessions.
* Advocate for participants and carers to help achieve goals.
* Participate in weekly supervision, monthly workshops and mentorship.
* Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications
* Graduating Speech Pathologist, SPA‐registered or eligible upon graduation.
* Empathetic, curious, and eager to learn with a passion for communication and connection.
* Ready to join a multidisciplinary team and grow skills with support.
* Licensed driver with own vehicle.
