With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and a skilled team at its core, they produce high-quality, durable precast concrete solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
Working Monday to Friday with early 5:30am starts, you will be responsible for the construction and modification of moulds in a busy and well-equipped workshop. Your role will involve working from kit forms as well as interpreting and applying plans and drawings to create and adjust moulds to precise specifications. This is a hands-on, physically active role where you will work both independently and as part of a small team to meet production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Duties Include
Building moulds from supplied kit forms
Modifying and adapting moulds from detailed plans and drawings
Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing components to exact specifications
Using a variety of carpentry tools and equipment safely and effectively
Checking completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Assisting team members as required to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects
What You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Trade Certificate in Carpentry (or an equivalent qualification) along with:
Proven carpentry experience, ideally within formwork, mould building, or a similar environment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans with accuracy
Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to carpentry work
A current drivers licence and reliable transport
A strong level of physical fitness and stamina, as the role will be labour intensive
A safety-first attitude and the ability to follow workplace health and safety requirements at all times
