The Roles Available Include
1. Senior Bookkeeper: Responsible for multiple bookkeeping tasks for diverse clients using programs like MYOB, XERO, QuickBooks, and Excel. Will manage the workload of the bookkeeping team and assist less experienced staff. Prior experience in a similar high-volume bookkeeping role in public practice is advantageous.
2. Office Administrator: Provide administrative support to accounting and bookkeeping staff, handle tax returns, answer phones/emails, greet clients, and liaise with government bodies like ATO and ASIC. Experience with MYOB AE, MYOB AO, XERO XPM, or Handisoft is essential.
The organization offers flexible employment arrangements, with a preference for full-time roles but considering permanent part-time for exceptional candidates.
