Within Global Workspace Solutions, also known as GWS, we are invested in the development and unique needs of our diverse employees and client accounts.Here's a snapshot of your day:To oversee the delivery of planned and reactive works across the Client's sites within the contractual service level agreements and KPI requirements.To liaise with the various client contacts and build strong working relationships?To maintain and update all CBRE vendor Statutory and Non-Statutory Compliance records and documentation as required.To manage the financial, administrative and commercial aspects of the contract such as raising PO's and assist vendors with Coupa platform and training as required.
To prepare and issue reports as requested by the facilities management team.To support the mail room as required including cover front of house occasionally as required.
Support with kitchen duties including arranging supplies, re-stocking of kitchen needs and keeping space clean.Skills and experienceCustomer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levelsExperience in customer service and/or front of house / client facing in a professional / corporate environment.Exposure in facilities managementExcellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and OutlookWhat's in it for you?
