What You’ll Be Doing
Assist with top-tier financing mandates such as property development, agribusiness, structured and syndicated facilities.
- Draft and negotiate complex financing documentation
- Support high-stakes client negotiations and closing workstreams
- Engage in regulatory structuring and due diligence
- Monitor project delivery and coordinate client status reports
What You’ll Bring
- 4–5 yrs PQE in reputable law firm's banking & finance practice
- Experience with complex finance documentation and structuring
