Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of financial services organisations. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce FSC.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions.
Design and implement Salesforce FSC solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Configure Salesforce FSC features, including client profiles, financial accounts, relationship management, and action plans.
Provide functional expertise in Salesforce FSC, guiding clients on leveraging its capabilities to optimise business processes.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to ensure user adoption and understanding of Salesforce FSC.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce FSC with other systems and platforms.
