We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and exceptional customer service.
About This Role
 * Must have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights.
 * Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate.
 * A seasoned CDP with hotel experience, eager for the next step in their culinary journey.
 * Flexible for weekends and evenings—and available to start immediately.
