YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Wagga Wagga NSW. In this key role, you will support different areas of our trade store to serve customers in person, via phone, email, and also support activities such as managing stock put-away, stock top-ups, and ensuring goods are well presented and stored neatly.
By joining our passionate, well-established team, you will have the opportunity to grow, develop, have fun, and make a positive difference to all our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To:
* Face-to-face customer service, handling customer requests, sourcing parts, providing ETA’s on backorders
* Daily stock replenishment and stock takes
* Managing showroom displays and stock rotations
* General housekeeping of the sales counter and showroom
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
* Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Basic computer skills
* Self-motivated with an interest in personal development within the company
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
