About the Role

We are seeking a Product Sales Specialist (PSS) to drive the sales and adoption of HCLSoftware's Workload Automation (HWA) and Intelligent Information Platform (IIP) across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role responsible for hunting, qualifying, and closing new opportunities while evangelizing the value of HCLSoftware's automation and data integration solutions within enterprise accounts.

You will collaborate closely with pre-sales, product management, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and exceed sales targets for HWA and IIP products within the assigned ANZ territory.
* Drive new business development by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients through market research, events, and partner collaboration.
* Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, IT Operations, DevOps, and digital transformation leaders to understand business needs and align HCLSoftware's offerings accordingly.
* Clearly articulate the business value of automation and data orchestration, positioning HWA and IIP as strategic enablers of efficiency, compliance, and scale.
* Partner with pre-sales teams to deliver compelling demos, workshops, and proofs of concept (POCs).
* Collaborate with channel partners and system integrators to co-develop joint go-to-market (GTM) plans and expand market reach.
* Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting and CRM updates, and deliver timely reports.
* Represent HCLSoftware at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to strengthen visibility and thought leadership across the ANZ region.
Required Experience & Skills
* Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in IT automation, cloud, DevOps, or data integration domains.
* Proven success in hunting and closing enterprise deals, particularly within financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, or public sector clients.
* Familiarity with workload/job schedulers (e.g., Control-M, AutoSys, TWS, Jenkins, Kubernetes) or data integration tools is highly desirable.
* Established network of IT decision-makers across Australia and New Zealand.
* Understanding of agentic AI and business process orchestration.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Self-driven, energetic, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience selling SaaS, hybrid cloud, or automation platforms.
* Knowledge of compliance-driven sectors such as banking, insurance, or utilities.
* Familiarity with the ANZ channel ecosystem and regional partner landscape.
Travel Requirement

Willingness to travel up to 30–40% across Australia and New Zealand for client and partner meetings.
