About the Role
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our three-year digital and eCommerce growth strategy. You'll shape and execute our plans, delivering revenue, conversion, and AOV targets across our B2C Shopify site.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to drive eComm revenue growth
* Optimise user experience, build content and campaign calendars, and enhance the eCommerce funnel end-to-end
* Use data and consumer insights to inform customer cohorts, promotional cadence, and CLTV optimisation
* Drive performance across paid, owned, and earned channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, CRM, and lifecycle marketing
* Manage agency partners and oversee ad spend effectiveness, balancing top-of-funnel awareness with conversion
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing leadership, preferably in retail, consumer, or wholesale settings
* Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering sales and profitability targets
* Deep understanding of digital marketing levers, customer insights, and funnel performance metrics
* Technical expertise with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and paid search/social
* A blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, comfortable working with numbers and details alike
