We are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager for SkinCeuticals in Sydney and surrounds. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to drive new business to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
About the Job:
* Support local Doctors, Dermatologists, Aesthetic Clinics, and Plastic Surgeons as part of SkinCeuticals, the #1 medical dispensing skincare brand, delivering exceptional patient and client results through integrated skincare.
* Develop and maximize your territory by building strong business partnerships and promoting the retail and professional product ranges.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs aligned with the company's strategic goals.
* Expand your client portfolio with an established account base and significant growth potential.
* Identify and prospect new high-potential business partners to enhance brand equity and revenue.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Foster a positive regional culture by collaborating with all field team members in NSW to ensure a harmonious and productive environment.
* Work closely with an In-Clinic Coach who will provide educational content and ongoing training on brand and products to your clinics.
About You:
* Proven experience as a territory sales representative.
* Passion for skincare and ability to cold call effectively.
* Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
* Excellent relationship-building skills and team collaboration ability.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Current Australian Driver's License.
About the Perks:

* Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 base + superannuation and commission.
