As an Asset Protection Intern, you will support the Asset Protection team in protecting company assets, reducing shrink, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment across our retail stores and operational sites.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in Asset Protection, retail operations, and investigations.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain CCTV, EAS, alarms and access control systems
* Support internal investigations with data analysis and trend monitoring
* Manage asset protection administration, vendors and supplier invoices
* Coordinate and manage incident escalations in a timely manner
* Manage access control processes across all offices and Distribution Centres, including ID card administration and access requests
* Strong excel experience
About you
* Demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop within asset protection, loss prevention, or security operations
* Strong interest in retail security, investigations, and operational risk management
* Willingness to build hands-on experience within a fast‐paced retail environment
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and procedures
* Skilled in monitoring security systems and analysing data to identify risks
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and respond to incidents
* Flexible to travel to focus on high‐risk stores as required
