SNR MAINTENANCE PLANNER
Your client is a global Renewable Energy leader, manufacturer of oil and lubricants for automotive and industrial applications industries.
ROLE SYNOPSIS
The Snr Maintenance Planner will ensure safe, reliable, and cost‑effective execution of maintenance activities. Leveraging technical and planning expertise, you will plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance in compliance with industry standards and HSE requirements.
You will analyse maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with site‑embedded maintenance contractors to enhance planning, scheduling, and execution. You will deliver an Integrated Planning process across the site, utilizing both Long‑ and Short‑Range Integration Schedule Processes.
Additionally, you will develop, track, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) for the maintenance portfolio, including metrics such as maintenance backlog, schedule compliance, and cost performance.
Your responsibilities will also include compiling performance data, identifying trends, generating reports and dashboards, and presenting insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Essential qualifications include expertise in System Integration, strong communication skills, subject‑matter expertise, data dashboard development, regulatory compliance, and proficiency in EVM, PMP, WBS, database management, access control and logistics management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop, optimise, and oversee maintenance plans across client's portfolio (Tank Turnaround, Routine Maintenance, and Maintenance Capital Projects).
* Apply technical and planning expertise to plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and HSE requirements.
* Analyse maintenance data, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with site‑embedded maintenance contractors to enhance maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
* Deliver Integrated Planning processes across the site (projects, maintenance, and other work fronts) utilizing Long‑ and Short‑Range Integration Schedule Processes.
* Develop, track, and present key performance indicators (KPIs) for the maintenance portfolio, such as maintenance backlog, schedule compliance, and cost performance.
EXPERIENCE
* Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling processes, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., Maximo, ERP, Primavera) to plan, schedule, track, and analyse maintenance activities.
* Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other analytical platforms to interpret maintenance data and produce reports.
* Experience in developing, tracking, and presenting KPIs across maintenance portfolio.
* Experience with integrated planning processes and Long‑ and Short‑Range Integration Schedule Processes.
* Strong budgeting, cost control and resource allocation skills for maintenance activities.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory compliance and HSE requirements related to maintenance and project planning and scheduling.
* Ability to analyse maintenance data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the maintenance or construction industry.
