About the Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a fast-paced and high-energy retail environment. Working closely with the Store Manager and broader team, you will help drive structure, consistency, and performance across the store. You'll be a hands-on leader on the floor-motivating the team, leading by example, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and to standard, especially in the absence of the Store Manager. This role suits someone who thrives in an active, physical retail environment and isn't afraid to get involved in the heavy lifting, including unpacking pallets, stock handling, and maintaining high presentation standards. There is also clear potential for future progression into Store Manager roles for the right person who demonstrates strong performance and leadership capability.
