Your Mission

* Front-of-house excellence – welcome guests, manage calls and queries.
* Office operations – own maintenance, mail, supplies, equipment, vendor liaison, H&S.
* Event mastermind – plan and run staff socials, client functions, charity days, all-hands.
* IT coordination – partner with tech support, prep laptops & software for new starters.
* People support – onboard/offboard employees, handle ad-hoc admin for the HO team.
* Continuous improvement – keep spaces sparkling, processes lean, and costs in check.

What You Bring

* Proven success juggling office admin and event logistics (professional-services environment a plus).
* Ninja-level Outlook/Word/Excel; unflappable organiser who meets every deadline.
* Basic IT skills for setting up laptops and AV for meetings
* Warm, upbeat communicator who naturally builds trust across teams and vendors.
* Eye for detail, high energy, and the resilience to pivot when plans change.
