2. Salary - ASO2 - Administrative Services Officer L2 - $58,709.00 to $63,154.00 + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
3. Part Time (0.4 FTE, Working days - Monday and Tuesday) - Term Contract (temporary until January 2026)

About The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Yarrow Place team as an Administration Officer, where you will be responsible for:
* Contributing to a confidential reception and effective administrative service for Yarrow Place Rape & Sexual Assault Service
* Providing an effective frontline reception/administration service to support Yarrow Place Rape & Sexual Assault staff and clients.
* Ensuring data entry is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Providing support for meetings as required, e.g. setting agendas, taking minutes, distribution etc
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Ability to communicate with tact and discretion with all clients of the service, and to provide an empathic response to victims of rape and sexual assault.
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality provisions.
* Ability to manage stress and responses to emotionally demanding content.
* Ability to communicate well with professional and non-professional staff of all levels, within the service and in other organisations.
* Experience with the use of Microsoft Office software, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Experience in data entry and the use of databases.
