Then this is your opportunity to make history!If you are able to identify operational waste and inefficiencies, use metrics to drive operational improvement, and quickly implement learning, then please apply for this position.Key job responsibilitiesDrive cost-saving projects from start to finish.Develop metrics and set up tools to measure operational performance of sort centers/Last mile as part of the business growth.Review and analyze customer defect data and develop action plans to reduce or improve issues.Develop and execute action plans that increase quality and service.Use lean techniques to root cause process deviations and develop countermeasures.Work closely with stakeholders to secure resources for projects and support other initiatives as needed.Travel to sort center/last mile sites to develop, evaluate, and ensure compliance of improvement initiatives.Document, standardize, and implement quality and productivity enhancements.Support key data, parity requirements into annual planning cycles.Minimum qualifications include:Bachelor's degree.Advanced Excel skills and SQL coding.At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement.Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other OE tools.Program or project management experience of at least 3 years.Data analysis skills and familiarity with supporting tools such as Asana.Knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI, Quicksight, or equivalent.We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and pay respects to their elders past and present.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and supports workplace accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
