The Role
We’re hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage purchasing, stock control, and supplier logistics across our two growing product brands. You’ll be the link between suppliers, warehouse, and operations to ensure stock is ordered, tracked, and delivered accurately and on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Maintain accurate stock levels in Cin7
* Raise and track purchase orders (local & international)
* Monitor lead times, ETAs, freight & customs
* Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers
* Support warehouse with inbound deliveries and stock planning
* Manage stocktakes, adjustments, and reconciliations
* Keep SKU data, landed costs & product info clean and up to date
* Provide supply chain reporting in Excel/Sheets
Systems We Use
* Cin7 (ERP / inventory management)
* Xero (accounting)
* Shopify (e-commerce)
All platforms are fully linked - clean data matters in this role.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in supply chain, stock control, purchasing, or logistics
* Comfortable talking with suppliers & freight partners
* Strong attention to detail & follow-through
* Confident with Excel/Google Sheets
* Enjoys working in a product-based environment with moving parts
Bonus Points
* Knowledge of international freight/importing & landed costing
* Experience with Cin7, DEAR, Unleashed, or similar systems
* Exposure to SKU-based businesses or 3PL environments
