We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Thai Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the standard of authentic Thai cuisine and ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes on the displayed menu.
 * Experience Stir Fries/ Wok Cooking is a must.
 * Manage and coordinate food preparation and kitchen operations during service.
 * Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
 * Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as required.
 * Contribute to menu development and kitchen planning.
 * Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimise food wastage.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
 * · Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery (e.g., Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery).
 * · Relevant work experience in a professional kitchen environment.
 * · Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene standards, and cost management.
 * · Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with team members.
 * · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
