As the General Manager/Integrator, you will be the glue that holds the business together, faithfully executing the business plan, owning the operating system (EOS), and ensuring everyone is aligned, accountable, and focused on delivering results.

What You’ll Do
* Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable to commitments.
* Execute the business plan and deliver strong P&L results.
* Integrate all major functions of the business and own the company operating system.
* Resolve issues effectively. Call out problems, create clarity, and deliver practical solutions.
* Collaborate closely with the Visionary by filtering and translating ideas into actionable plans.
* Develop costing models for managed services offerings.
* Research and recommend improvements in technology, processes, and efficiencies.
* Ensure company processes and communications are consistent, cascaded, and followed by all.
* Oversee safety, WHS, and compliance, with a strong focus on team wellbeing.
* Build, coach, and retain a high-performing team through clear expectations and development.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a General Manager / Integrator or senior leadership role, preferably in a scaling business.
* Strong commercial acumen - budget setting, P&L ownership, and strategic execution are non-negotiables.
* Previous exposure to EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar (Scaling Up) highly desirable.
* Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building alignment, accountability, and collaboration across teams.
* Comfortable with healthy conflict, problem solving, and making the tough calls when needed.
* A passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
