About the role:
This role will see you work across a mix of tax advisory and tax dispute matters, servicing a broad client base that may include businesses, high-net-worth individuals, groups and private clients.
You will gain exposure to matters such as:
* Tax advisory and structuring.
* CGT, income tax and GST issues.
* Revenue disputes and objections.
* ATO investigations and reviews.
* Tax issues arising from commercial, property and business transactions.
* Private client and wealth structuring matters.
The ideal candidate:
* 5-7 PQE, coming out of the Big 4 or reputable tax practice.
* Strong technical drafting and analytical skills.
* Confidence working directly with clients and senior lawyers.
* A commercial and solutions-focused mindset.
