- We are currently seeking a Administration Leader to join our team. The Administration Leader is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, staff rostering and general support to the Residential Services Manager..
**A typical day will have you**:
- Provide administrative support functions for the site
- Perform reception/switchboard and administrative duties to meet customer needs
- Ensure promotional resources and information about Benetas is accessible and disseminate appropriate information to clients/families
- Conduct orientation tours of the site when delegated by the manager
- Perform administrative tasks as delegated by the manager
- Assist in recruitment activities and administrative work including using recruitment software
- Schedule meetings and arrange conferences, training and site events
- Support the onboarding of staff, manage staff rostering and other payroll requirements
- Order and maintain office inventory and records
- Maintain and submit relevant residential home forms
- Assist with compiling information to generate monthly KPI reporting
- Oversee the activities of the administration assistant
**We're looking for someone with**:
- Previous experience working in aged care or a comparable setting
- Formal administrative qualification or study in a relevant discipline
- Experience in the software package MYOB and payroll
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to speak another language other than English
- Demonstrate empathy with the elderly
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
