Our client, a key federal agency is seeking experienced Senior Vlocity Software Developers to join their Technology Services Division (TSD). This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformational program aimed at enhancing service support through innovative ICT solutions.

As part of a multi-disciplinary scrum team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce Vlocity solutions that are robust, reusable, and performant. You will ensure adherence to governance and coding standards while actively engaging in agile ceremonies and continuous integration and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain Salesforce Vlocity components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omniscripts, and FlexCards.
* Design integrations utilizing REST APIs, Platform Events and DataRaptors to enable seamless data flow.
* Support design standard creation and conduct design and code reviews to uphold quality and best practices.
* Collaborate closely with UI/UX specialists, solution architects, and accessibility experts to deliver user-centred solutions.
* Adopt and promote continuous integration, DevOps practices, and test automation within the development lifecycle.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven expertise in the Salesforce Vlocity platform with strong skills in Apex, LWC, Omniscripts, Flexcards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
* Demonstrated understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and frameworks.
* Experience building integrations with REST APIs and Platform Events.
* Current certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and Omnistudio Developer.
* Proficiency with source control systems like GitLab and package-based development methodologies.
The role is initially offered on a 12-month contract with a possible 12-month extension. Working arrangements are hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office, with flexibility for remote days aligned with current agency policies.
