About the Role
The Network Systems Analyst is a key member of our team, responsible for providing ICT services input that ensures high availability and security of network services and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performs day-to-day tasks to ensure the effective running and administration of systems within the ICT services infrastructure.
* Ensures IT networks and systems requests are logged and managed in accordance with local procedures.
* Provides advice to Desktop Support staff, Radiation Oncology, and collaborative partner positions as required.
* Restores services in the event of an outage and assists in resolving issues.
* Conducts daily checks regarding backups and network health.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications and experience in ICT infrastructure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High-level knowledge and experience with ICT infrastructure including backup, hardware, databases, client devices, operating systems, directory services, and high-availability.
* Experience with Microsoft Windows (Server and Desktop), Exchange, SQL, and Identity Management in an enterprise environment.
* LAN/WAN maintenance experience in a corporate setting.
* Hypervisor environment expertise.
