An IT solutions company is looking for a customer service-driven IT Support Engineer. This position will be a combination of remote and onsite support for clients in Perth. This company is committed to set you up from day one. They achieve this through a thorough 3-month onboarding process (training with systems, shadowing the senior team).

Position: IT Support Engineer
Location: Osborne Park
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + super + perks

Responsibilities
* Providing level 2 IT support.
* Providing a mixture of onsite and remote support to clients.
* Experienced in providing M365 support for clients.
* Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
* Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
* Disaster Backup and Recovery experience (VEEAM, StorageCraft, Shadow Protect).
* Experience working with VOIP, 3CX.
* Hardware experience (Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, HP).
* Customer-focused and relationship-driven.
