Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales and growth within the Foodservice channels with distributors and End User customer activation focus.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implementing strategic and effective sales processes and systems
* Maintaining and growing major state distributor accounts and securing additional business
* Establishing and maintaining state trading term metrics within national guidelines
* Identifying market opportunities and implementing strategies to enhance service to new and existing customers
* Communicating forecasting uplifts and reductions
* Establishing strong state-based account management of the key distributor network
* Exceeding sales objectives through exceptional service
* Developing and growing new business opportunities through NPD
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective sales and negotiation skills, strong financial acumen, and a strong drive and results orientation. You should also have previous experience in Account Management or a similar role, an adaptable working style, and excellent time management skills.
